TURIN 2006 OR TORINO 2006
NBC uses TORINO; the NY TIMES and WORLD ALMANAC uses TURIN
1 - Which is the correct designation ?
2 - Does each name mean anything ?
First 'correct' answer wins a prize ... the satisfaction of being first (with all due humility of course - right Provo daughter?)
Life is it's own significance

The name Torino is the italian name of the city which means little bull.
Turin is the Piedmontese name. It is actually comes from the celtic word Tau which means mountain.
